Job description

The Agency Group (ASX: AU1) are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of campaigns that drive our objectives of all our companies including, The Agency, RightMove, Sell Lease Property, Mortgage & Finance Solutions Australia, and Landmark Settlements Australia. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of the marketing cycle, from research and planning to implementation and analysis. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager WA, providing valuable insights and expertise to optimize our marketing strategies.

 About You 

Do you thrive on crafting strategic marketing campaigns that drive sales and build lasting customer relationships? Are you a data enthusiast with a knack for storytelling across various channels? If so, this Marketing Specialist role is tailor-made for you! 

Campaign Strategy & Execution: 

  • Conceptualizing and executing data-driven campaigns aligned with sales objectives. 
  • Advising executives on effective marketing strategies and target market outreach. 
  • Coordinating the production of multi-channel campaigns, managing diverse teams, and staying on budget. 

Market Research & Analysis  

  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving consumer preferences. 
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and metric analysis to extract actionable insights into customer behaviors and campaign performance. 
  • Translate research findings into strategic recommendations, guiding informed decision-making and informing the development of impactful campaign strategies. 

Performance Analysis & Optimization: 

  • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives across all channels and touchpoints, using data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals. 
  • Recommend and implement optimizations to website, content, campaigns, and the overall marketing strategy for continuous improvement. 
  • Generate insightful reports that translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. 

Website & Customer Journey Optimization: 

  • Conduct regular SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. 
  • Develop engaging website content that resonates with your target audience and guides them towards conversion. 
  • Analyze user behavior through web analytics tools to identify and address usability issues and optimize conversion paths. 
  • Craft compelling calls to action and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates. 
  • Personalize the customer journey based on user data and preferences to create a frictionless experience. 

Content Strategy and Development: 

  • Craft compelling messages and content that resonate with target audiences at each stage of the journey. 
  • Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns across various channels (print, digital, TV, etc.) to increase brand awareness. 
  • Manage diverse teams, including designers, copywriters, and media buyers. 
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and time constraints. 
  • Select and implement the most effective marketing channels throughout the funnel (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.), based on data insights and audience behavior. 

Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and digital marketing. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. 
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, website optimization, and digital analytics. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
