Key Duties:
- Take responsibility for key department KPIs and business objectives
- Graphic design for print and digital campaigns
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to design, update and order product packaging and labelling.
- Design and develop tools and templates for internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement social media strategy, maintain, and monitor social media channels
- Content production for print, socials, and campaigns.
- Photography and videography, including coordinating external vendors.
- Plan, implement, and monitor product launches across local and international markets
- Reviewing and managing campaign analytics, and adapting campaigns to new insights
- Maintain web content database and monitor analytics
- Monitor relevant external news and publications
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including corporate communications and external EDM campaigns.
- Coordinating marketing communications to company stakeholders
- Assist with execution of corporate events and external conferences, including digital elements
- Support with general e-commerce tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and branding guidelines, including stewardship of marketing material through legal and brand approvals.
- Assist and support the product management team in the management of the product life cycle
Required Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Marketing or Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent is essential.
- Adobe Suite; Illustrator and photoshop skills.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1-2 year's experience in a similar role (highly desirable).
- Experience and/or knowledge of CRM, website CMS and EDM systems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience writing and creating EDMs, and newsletters tailoring to audience using MailChimp.
- Experience in content creation for print and digital media, as well as experience in campaign coordination across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Experience in social media management, including seeking opportunity for content capture, responding to messages, copywriting.
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities under pressure.
- Ability to build strong relations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint
