RuralBiz Training is a small RTO servicing rural and remote people with online training in Agriculture and associated industries. We are passionate about Agriculture and offer quality training in interactive online mode, distance education and traditional face-to-face workshops.
We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Support Officer who will be based in our administration office in Dubbo, NSW. This could be a full or part time role for the right applicant with a competitive salary in line with skills and experience.
In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain compliant marketing materials, including printed materials, website information and monthly newsletter
- Assist in organising marketing events and promotions
- Maintain social media presence to enhance our reputation in industry
- Respond to enquiries from potential students
- Build and maintain networks for ongoing promotion of RuralBiz Training
- Work as part of the team to enhance our student outcomes and experiences
Essential Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective literacy skills and good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite and online learning platforms
- Ability to meet timelines, manage own workload and effectively deal with competing and changing priorities
- Ability to learn new processes and systems/applications quickly
- Ability to select and apply appropriate communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in Marketing and communications
- Experience using social media for business
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe, InDesign, Canva or similar
