- Permanent, hourly rate position - get paid for each hour you work
- Depending on experience rate from $65 - $95 per hour + Super
- OTE will be $200k - $250k
- Even time, 7:7 roster
- Projects are with leading Coal Operations in the Bowen Basin
- Interesting scope of works with a long project plan
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Project Engineer to support the business with a current project, working closely with one of the biggest mining companies in Australia. This will be a site based position, with the opportunity to work on both underground & surface coal projects. Roster on offer is 7:7, with flights & accommodation provided.

Our client is an established consultancy who provides engineering and site services utilising mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural disciplines. The core focus is the mining & resources sector throughout Queensland and New South Wales. They have established themselves as a leading specialist in coal mine infrastructure engineering in Australia.
Your Profile:
We are seeking candidates who have:
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years’ experience across mining or large industrial projects
- Ability to travel to site for specific client projects
- Underground or Surface coal experience is advantageous
- Currently have the right to work in Australia
