About the Opportunity:
Reporting to our Delivery Manager, the position of Mechanical Engineer provides a pivotal role in supporting our Asset Services team in the delivery of our major maintenance programs on multiple oil and gas well sites and compression facilities across the country.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Permanent full-time role working as part of the team providing technical and project management support on rotating equipment maintenance scopes.
- Preparation of engineering documentation ensuring project compliance to Australian Standards, client specifications, whilst working closely with our field teams to provide technical guidance and resolution of technical queries.
- Subcontractor management including quote evaluation and subcontract establishment.
- Development of quality assurance documentation including MDR, work pack, ITPs and ITRs.
- Other duties and support as required by the Project Management Team.

About you:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge of rotating and reciprocating machinery.
- 3 – 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
- Experience in works execution or project management roles highly desirable.
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and planning skills.
- Well-developed knowledge of the of the energy industries is highly desirable
