5. Repairing faults, replacing worn parts and broken components
6. Disassembling and re-assembling equipment
7. Ensuring the safe operation and the productivity of equipment
8. Testing the equipment to verify the resolution of the problem
9. Carrying out routine and non-routine maintenance of equipment
10. Updating the rig logbooks and providing the site manager with a report of the interventions carried out
11. Performing additional assignments per supervisor’s and/or project management’s direction
Complying with and promoting the Code of Ethics, procedures and safety standards, in compliance with current legislation.1. Knowledge and application of principles, methods and technical/operative procedures relevant to the specific activity
2. Knowledge of equipment (O&M manual, O&M manual, technical specifications, components and spare parts, manufacturers, etc.)
3. Ability to understand, interpret and produce technical documents (e.g., drawings, electrical/wiring diagrams, etc.)
4. Ability to perform assembling and disassembling of machinery and its components
5. Ability to perform (measurements and) controls onto mechanical, electronic and pneumatic systems
6. Knowledge and use of tools and utensils suitable for the assigned tasks
7. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and failures
8. Ability to perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the (assigned) equipment, including updating maintenance register
9. Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic concepts
Ability to elaborate reliable time and cost estimates of work
