KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd are currently looking for Mechanical Supervisors for upcoming Shutdowns in WA.
This will be on a casual basis and rosters will be dependent on the shutdown.
As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited too
- Managing a team of Mechanical and Structural Trades and sub-contractors on site.
- Planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities for work crews.
- Ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE Requirements.
- Ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of all maintenance work scope activities are met.
- Providing on site coaching and support as required.
- Developing and promoting good communications between all levels of staff and employees.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role Supervising large Mining and Resource Projects.
- BHP inducted preferred but not essential
- 4 Units Supervisor training preferred but not essential.
- Prior technical experience in structural, mechanical or piping advantageous
- Strong communication skills and comfortable able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly driven and organised individual
- Natural passion for leadership and ability to motivate and drive your team.
- Intermediate to advanced computer and data base skills including MS Office Suite.
