We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Administrator and Accounts Officer. In this role, you will play a vital part in handling daily medical inquiries, managing bookings and calendars, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing invoice management, and undertaking various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and efficient filing
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data management
- Scheduling and confirming medical appointments
- Ensuring clients receive outstanding service and clear communication regarding bookings
- Liaising with new and existing clients as well as partner companies
- Ensuring accuracy in data entry and invoicing processes
- Accounts Receivable
- Reference Checks
- Minimizing stakeholder and process invoice errors
- Timely processing and approval of supplier invoices
- Assisting in the establishment and implementation of effective invoicing processes
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Providing support and data entry across different areas of the business
- Packing and shipping of stock
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong general accounting knowledge and previous experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and high data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with multiple administration systems (experience with MYOB is advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting goals with initiative
- Adaptability to in-house systems and databases
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively
- Team player with autonomy when needed
- Integrity, sound judgment, and resourcefulness
Essential Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- Clear police check with no adverse findings
- Exceptional attention to detail
