Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of patient records and databases
• Schedule appointments and calendar management
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients
• Support billing and invoicing tasks and data entry

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Be a self starter and able to problem solve
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not essential
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
