Sunshine Orthopaedic Services is seeking an Experienced Medical Administrator / Receptionist to join our professional and dynamic team on the Sunshine Coast.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Manager and fellow employees to ensure a professional service to the clients of the business. As front of house you will be responsible to meet the administration expectations of our clients as you manage their appointments and contact with our practice.
Role Responsibilities:
- Booking client appointments
- Invoicing
- Creditors & Debtors Accounts
- Monthly Reporting
- Responding to enquiries over the phone & via email
- Managing clinical reports & letters
- Assisting the clinical staff with patient flow & clinical administration
- Liaising with Government departments, ie NDIS
- Stock Management
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access
- Practice Management Software (We use Cliniko)
- Excellent Spelling & Grammar
- Proficient Data Entry & Typing Efficiency
About You:
- Minimum 1 year as an Administrator / Receptionist
- Very Organised with Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Compassionate & empathetic approach to connecting with clients
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong sense of initiative & ability to problem solve
- Enjoy working with figures
- High attention to detail
