We offer exceptional medical care and support to women of all ages, ensuring each patient's unique needs are met with compassion and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and administrative tasks of the Medical Practice
Develop and implement effective practice policies and procedures as per Australian guidelines
Recruit, lead and develop a team of administrative staff (expanding to practice nursing staff over time), in coordination with the Practice Owners
Organise rosters and allocate human resources
Assist with ordering medical and office stock
Monitor the clinic's operations to ensure compliance with OH&S and other policies
Assist with website and social media
Proactively look for opportunities to increase patient engagement
Respond to feedback from patients
Drive process improvements to enhance overall practice efficiency.Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of Medical Practice operations
2+ years' experience working within a Medical Practice, ideally as a Practice Manager
