Dermatology Clinics Australia is a leading Dermatology Practice dedicated to providing exceptional services to patients across Australia, using a hybrid telehealth model where on-site GPs and Dermatology Assistants provide patients with the support and treatments they need for their dermatological conditions, supported by dermatologists via telehealth as required.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our established practice and become an integral part of our team.
The Practice Manager will play an integral role to the development of the practice, leading and managing the daily operations and outreach for the clinic.

Duties & responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Director, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Overall smooth running of the practice, including patient care and HR
- Assisting with the training of new staff
- Supervising and monitoring performance of all staff
- Ensuring high quality of patient care is delivered by all staff
- Coordinating appointment books
- Ordering, Stocktake & Stock Management
- Managing rosters, timesheet approval and leave management
- Assisting team to reach targets & working to management targets
- Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients
- Motivation and support of the team
- Develop and achieve goals to advance the clinic every month
- Front desk duties such as welcoming patients, billing patients, administering UVB phototherapy
