AddressOur team in based in the Penninsula Private Hosptial in Kippa Ring are on the lookout for a Full Time Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and medical providers, providing a positive customer experience both in person and over the phone. We provide services to a wide range of local patients, it's essential that you have strong people skills and the ability to deliver a positive experience both in person and over the phone.
This is a Permanent, Full Time position, working 38 hours per week across 5 days. Your days will rotate and be rostered for 7.5 hour days, Monday to Friday between 7.15am - 5pm. Saturday shifts are optional from 12-4pm, penalty rates apply.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
