Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive at the practice.
- Schedule appointments, and assist patients with inquiries.
- Verify patient information and Medicare details confidentially and accurately.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally.
- Collaborate with medical staff and fellow receptionists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk reception role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Genie software is preferable.
- Confidential and compassionate demeanour when dealing with patients.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology, phlebology procedures and products is a plus.
