Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Blacktown, with RDO once a fornight. As a Medical Receptionist at Nexus Eyecare, your day-to-day tasks will include appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office.
Qualifications and requirements
Experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties
Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with medical office processes
Medical Software experience is a must
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a must
Relevant certifications or qualifications in medical administration or related fields are a plus
Ability to multitask, remain calm and effecient even when working in busy and pressured environment.
