We are a small specialist practice in Noarlunga looking for a part-time Medical Receptionist (2 - 3 days a week).
Responsibilities include;
- Greeting patients, answering phones.
- Scanning documents
- Making appointments and booking procedures
- Liasing with hospitals, GP Clinics and Health Funds
- Processing referrals
- Chasing patient results and reports
- Medicare & Eclipse billing
- Accepting payments using EFTPOS and handling cash.
- Travel for clinics at various locations
Ideally you will have;
- Previous experience in medical practice including the use of Genie software.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to cover leave when required
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
Essentially you will require a current driver's license and car to travel to clinic locations.
