The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience working in medical/specialist reception clinic and will have a good understanding of booking systems/programs.

We're looking for a Medical Receptionist to provide patient focused service and administrative support to the clinic, Monday and Thursday
You bring with you previous strong medical-based reception/administration experience, great communication skills and can multitask efficiently.
You are a team player that can ensure the highest level of hospitality for our patients and visitors.
In this role you will:
- Greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Assist with the smooth running of the day-to-day services of the clinic eg inbound/outbound queries, patient appointments
- Answering of telephones in a timely manner
- Filing and scanning of patient referrals
- Use the patient management systems to capture relevant patient details accurately
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of accurate and timely booking details; follow clinic protocol to inform patients and referrers of surgery/consulting times and bookings.
- General administrative duties involving patient accounts, banking procedures, invoicing and payments
- Resolve patient complaints in a timely, confidential and respectful manner.
- Maintain the reception and consulting rooms in a clean and tidy state.
- Excellent word processing and MS Office skills
- Must have flexibility to cover sick and annual leave
