Medical Receptionist - Full-Time Position (38 Hours)
What you bring
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment focusing on customer service. Medical reception experience is preferable, though not essential.
The key to your success in this role will be your excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity to patient needs, combined with strong organisational skills, time management, attention to detail and ability to finish tasks promptly.
• You need to be able to liaise with doctors and patients compassionately.
• Answering phone calls professionally and appropriately promptly.
• Greeting patients, booking appointments and ensuring an effective flow of patients through the practice.
• Competently completing general front reception duties with excellent phone etiquette.
• A good understanding of computer software and best practices is desirable.
• Be passionate about providing genuine care to clients of the practice.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
