- 18.5 hours week 2 (Mon 8.00am-4.30pm / Tuesday 8.00am-2.00pm / Thursday 2.30 - 7.00pm
- One Sunday per month
An exciting part time opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our privately owned family general practice in Butler. We are a close-knit team and require a friendly, organised and adaptable individual with general practice experience. Some shifts will include opening and closing of the practice.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of one year’s medical reception experience (essential)
- Best Practice Knowledge (essential)
- Flexibility to cover during periods of annual leave and sick leave (essential)
- Medicare billing & payments
- Exceptional communication skills
- High-standard of integrity & empathic with patient-focused attitude
- Strong computer skills
- Good time management & organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
