Medical Receptionist.

Opportunity:

Exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our busy private billing medical practice at The Junction NSW.  Part-time approximately 38 hours per fortnight.  Immediate start.   

The Practice:

The practice has been steadily growing over the past three years.   We are fully computerised (Best Practice) we are accredited, and we are an approved covid vaccinating clinic.   We are open Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Criteria:

• Experience essential.
• Strong IT skills.
• Sound knowledge of Medicare 
• Have a courteous and professional manner.
• Be able to liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Work both unsupervised and in a team environment
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Receive and convey messages correctly.
• Flexible for various start and finish times.
