Qualifications & experience
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient patient care and customer service.
- Relevant training or previous experience in medical admin is preferable however training is provided.
- Proven experience to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn the relevant software program
- Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle all inquiries.
- High attention to details and excellent organizational skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- First point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival and ensuring all relevant paperwork has been processed for their appointment.
- Management of booking appointments including online, over the phone and email bookings.
- Management of clinical files, correspondence and accounts.
- Ability to learn the Clinical Software for day-to-day use (BestPractice)
