We are a GP-owned group of general practices across the North and North East of Melbourne. Our practices are located in Eltham, Research, Warrandyte, Mill Park, Doreen and Laurimar.
We have an experienced team of doctors, nurses and allied health practitioners, each with their own expertise and areas of interest.
We are looking for highly motivated Medical Receptionists who want to join our Warrandyte and Eltham teams.
We have a number of permanent shifts available for someone who is looking for a part-time arrangement (3 days per week)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be part of a broader reception team with the ability to work both cooperatively and independently
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients via the phone and in person
- Booking and rescheduling patient appointments
- Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Processing billing and payments, using Best Practice medical software.
Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience required
- A patient-focused approach
- Experience in Medical Reception role (not essential)
- Experience using Practice Management software (Best Practice) ( not essential)
- A great can do attitude
