AddressMedical Receptionist part time
An established Specialist Practice in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in an ongoing casual role. The position will be 10 hours a week over Friday and Saturday mornings.
The principal duties of this role are:
Reception duties -
Delivering high quality customer service to patients and Doctors.
Greeting patients and managing front desk.
Effective scheduling of patient appointments.
Performing general administrative, reception and other related duties.
Maintain the practice in a clean and a tidy condition
To be considered, we are seeking applications from candidates who offer:
- Previous medical reception experience is required, preferably within a specialist setting.
- Good working knowledge of Genie software and Medical Objects.
- Experience with DVA & Medicare billing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Professional telephone manner and friendly nature.
