Seeking a Medical Receptionist for our busy Cardiology Clinics!
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist who can or is willing to be both a receptionist for and assist with some of the technical aspects of the cardiology practice.
Key tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Excellent customer service as the position is the first point of contact with patients
Booking patient appointments for the cardiologists
Accuracy in the processing of patients accounts
Handling a large volume of telephone enquiries
Confirming patients appointments
End of day banking
Scanning and filing
Performing ECGs and fitting 24 Holter Monitor/BP Monitors
Desired criteria
We are looking for a person who:
Below are indicative only - for the person with right attitude all training can be provided
Has Experience with HealthTrack or another cardiology software (Preferred but not essential)
Has previous Medical reception/billing experience
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Successful candidate will :-
Be friendly, patient and understanding of all patient situations
Have good problem solving and organizational skills
Have keen attention to detail
Have the ability to work unsupervised in a busy clinic as well as work in a team
Work efficiently under pressure
Be flexible and able to cover on different days of the week
Able to attend all our sites when needed and if neccessary
