Form of work We are seeking our next superstar Medical Receptionist to join our growing team at Queens Beach Medical Centre.
The successful applicant will possess:
excellent communication skills
an outgoing and friendly demeanor
high attention to detail
the ability to prioritise, organise, and multi task
ability to work independently and also work well as part of a team.
The role includes the following duties:
welcoming patients, collecting, and entering personal information
answering phones and responding to enquiries
liaising with health care professionals
appointment book management
emailing, faxing, scanning
opening and closing of the clinic.
This role will commence with 15-25 hours per week.
Flexibility is a must. A variety of shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and availability for a rotating Saturday shift in the future.
