Form of workWe are looking for a friendly, flexible and team orientated Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is for a casual position, with a view to part-time for the right candidate. With no set hours , we require someone who is flexible with working hours and someone who can work at short notice. Only those who meet this requirement will be considered.
Previous experience in general practice is essential.
Your role will include:
- Answering calls in a friendly & professional manner.
- Booking Appointments
- Meeting & greeting patients
- Billing & receipting in all aspects
- Scanning / allocating & attaching incoming mail
- Managing patient enquiries and liaising with doctors & nurse
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Minimum of 6 months in a similar role
- Knowledge of Best Practice is preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Excellent communications skills
- Positive & cheerful attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail
