AddressWe are looking for a friendly and reliable part-time receptionist with excellent IT skills and strong attention to detail to be an active member of our small team at Scott St Physiotherapy.
Experience in the following duties is required:
- Reception duties addressing incoming patients queries, scheduling appointments.
- Processing payments using HICAPs.
- Invoicing and liaising with Medicare, DVA, NDIS and Insurance companies
- Balancing daily banking.
- Attention to ethics and patient confidentiality.
- Maintaining a clean and professional working environment.
- Learning new or experience with practice admin software (Pracsuite) and problem solving when required.
- Ordering office and practice supplies.
Personal qualities:
- Maturity with an ability to work autonomously.
- Friendly and helpful
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritise tasks
- Great communication skills and receptive to feedback.
- High level of personal presentation.
Hours
Part-time - 9am-1:15pm Monday-Friday (some variations to this maybe required or negotiated)
Immediate start.
