Qualifications & experience
- Medical reception experience desired
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Fluent English (essential)
- Professional office manner. Friendly and helpful personality
- Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Organised, attention to detail, personal responsibility to complete tasks
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients at clinic reception
- Answer phone calls and email
- Schedule patient appointments
- Input medical information into medical software
