The role

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer calls courteously, ensuring patients and visitors receive prompt assistance.
- Sort and deliver mail promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a professional and friendly environment.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Manage paperwork accurately and securely, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Genie Software for bookings and schedule management.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist/administrator is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated diligence and proactivity in your approach to tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Provide exceptional customer service,
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Possess proficient computer skills, with experience in Genie Software is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
