The position requires an enthusiastic and motivated person who is committed to exceptional customer service, patient care and keen to support our General Practitioners, Allied Health Practitioners and clinical teams.
You must have flexibility to assist with additional extra hours to help cover annual/ personal leave (and may be the occasional weekend).
One permanent part-time position is available with the Health e Allied Services team.with a minimum of 38 hours per fortnight, and the possibility of additional hours.
One permanent part-time position is available with the Health e Medical Cente team with a minimum of 32 hours per fortnight, and the possibility of additional hours.
A separate casual role may be available for the right candidate.

It would be great if you have the following
- General Practice /Allied Health reception experience is desirable
- Proficient computer skills - knowledge of Best Practice + Cliniko software is an advantage
- Exceptional customer service and value working in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with patients
- Must be reliable and flexible
- Attention to detail
- Kind and respectful
- Bring your "A" game smile and friendliness
Your Key Responsibilities will be;
- Welcome and assist patients with queries and appointments
- Answer and respond to telephone queries in a courteous and professional manner
- Accurately process patient payments via cash, eftpos, Hicaps and direct bill transactions
- At all times maintain confidentiality of patient personal and financial information
- Support the day to day operations of the Medical/Allied centre
- Support the provision of accurate and timely financial and practice data
- Liaising with doctors, staff and other Allied Health professionals
- Process daily banking and batching
- Managing correspondence internal / external
