Medical Receptionist - Beachmere

We are currently looking for experienced Medical Receptionists for an immediate start.

Job tasks/duties and responsibilities

• Answering the phone and taking messages
• Making appointments
• Document scanning
• Process payments and submit Medicare billings
• Manage opening and closing procedures appropriately
• Managing e-mail communication and all other correspondence received

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Be familiar with the privacy and confidentiality act
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner
• Computer knowledge of Best Practice Software would be an advantage but not necessary
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Be capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Flexible to cover sick leave/holidays
• Current CPR Certificate ideal but can be obtained once employed
