A thriving Sydney Specialist Practice located in the Sydney CBD. We are expanding our team and require a part time and a full time receptionist to join our team of superstars.
Our practice, Sydney Medical Specialists, provides compassionate and professional care for various medical specialists.
You will be providing overall administrative support to multiple medical specialists and will be required respond to patient and specialist requests in a timely manner. This role will require you to multitask effectively as you will be managing multiple patient appointments, monitoring incoming medical correspondence and processing invoices whilst prioritising your workload.
The successful applicant must be able to follow direction, adhere to the practice policy and procedures and work independently and as a team.

- Strong interest or previous experience in a customer service focused environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Available to work between the hours of 7:30-6:30pm Monday - Friday
- Sound knowledge in the use of computers.
- Must have previous experience with BEST PRACTISE
Your key duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing genuine customer service to patients, face to face and on telephone.
- Daily administrative tasks of the clinic, such as telephones and patient enquiries, appointment bookings, invoicing and medicare claims.
- Daily clinic operations including clinic opening, room preparation and clinic closing.
