About The Role
SunDoctors is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to assist our Practice Manager at our busy thriving clinic on a casual basis.
This role will offer up to 4 days per week with the possibility of extra shifts upon necessity.
Our clinic is located in Capalaba QLD but there is the option to pickup shifts at our Morningside clinic as well.
Your duties and responsibilities will involve but not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Owning the front desk reception and greeting all patients
- Addressing patient enquiries in person or over the phone
- Efficient management of patient data, appointments and procedures
- Accurate processing of patients’ invoices
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist within a medical or similar healthcare environment (Skin Cancer clinic or General Practice experience preferable)
- Nurses seeking to work at a GP clinic as a Receptionist with some occasional nursing duties will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and experience using Best Practice software preferable
- Understanding of Medicare
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professionally presented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- An energetic and enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Available to work flexible hours
