Medical Receptionist- Casual Part Time

Medical Receptionist is required to start on early February to work part time at our Port Macquarie & Wauchope busy Practices required for 2 to 3 days and flexibility to fill in to relieve other staff from time to time for the PMQ and Wauchope clinics.

Key areas of responsibility include:

\* Answering incoming calls
\* Booking appointments.
\* Meeting and greeting patients.
\* Patient record data entry, faxing and scanning on Best Practice Software
\* Liaison with GPs and patients.
\* Time management and prioritizing of workload.
\* Maintaining a high standard of patient care.
\* Management of patient billing, invoicing and receipting of consultations
\* Accuracy, attention to detail, organization, reliable, time management and problem solving skills
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
\* Demonstrated skills in customer service
\* Excellent communication skills and telephone skills
\* Ability to prioritize busy workload
\* Capable of working independently and in a team
\* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\* Responsible and reliable

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
