Beenleigh Mall Medical centre is conveniently located on level 1 in The Mall Beenleigh, with ample parking and easy access to public transport (5mins walk from Beenleigh train station). The medical centre was established in 2016 and has been providing medical care to the local community.
We are looking for a casual Medical Receptionist with the view of becoming permanent to work in a friendly small sized GP clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail with a strong focus on customer service, able to multitask and good time management skills. We are looking for someone who can work flexible shifts from Mondays to Fridays, some weekend cover if needed and also to cover sick leaves. Best Practice software experience preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
Efficiently manage a high volume of phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
Ensure accurate and timely patient registration and data entry
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold privacy standards
Coordinate and schedule appointments
