Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless operations within a medical setting? An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our client’s team as a Medical Receptionist for an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Surgeon.
As a Medical Receptionist for our esteemed ENT Surgeon, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, facilitating smooth patient flow, handling inquiries, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients, providing a welcoming and compassionate environment
• Managing appointments, scheduling, and maintaining the calendar for the ENT Surgeon
• Coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in patient records
• Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborating with medical staff to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
• Managing administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and record-keeping

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical office setting or as a Medical Receptionist preferred
• Proficiency in medical office software and handling administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
