Product Manager

Synchro Partners is partnering with a medium to large organization who are a leader in their field . Due to team growth, we are looking for a  Product Manager to join  the team.

The role revolves around working within different areas of an enterprise and strategically driving technical solution uplift, helping with business cases and driving process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business and architecture teams to articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the solution.
• Create, assist with, and evaluate Business Cases for applications within the corporate domain.
• Work with executives to understand strategic business goals.
• Take ownership of the solution roadmap.
• Implement the solution strategy.
• Strategize and execute the implementation of the solution.
• Oversee the financial aspects and ROI, while ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Arrange and oversee the prioritization and management of the business solution's requirements.
• Define problem statements and create plans for addressing them, including prioritization and justification of solution components.
• Coordinate Application, development, integration, and QA services to meet business outcomes, leveraging augmentation partners and service providers as necessary.
• Manage changes and enhancements portfolio, negotiating priorities, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Serve as a customer advocate, articulating user needs effectively.

  
The successful candidate will have operated at a strategic level, thus comfortable in strategic forums. You will have experience in advising on technical solutions, roadmaps and solution enhancements. Furthermore, will have introduce process improvements within an enterprise.
