We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and customer service to every patient. We provide training and support whilst you develop high level administrative skills in this role. This role is permanent full time and requires willingness to work shifts although afternoon and evening shifts can be more accommodated if it is more suitable to the candidate. The successful applicant will work as an important member of the team and provide the following administrative support:
- General medical reception work
- Customer service and patient care
- Booking patient appointments
- Registering patient details
- Settling accounts
- Collating medical films and reports
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency
- Provide excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Be able to demonstrate a strong culture fit with the organisation and our Core Values

The hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
