About the role
The main responsibilities for the successful applicant will be:
- Creating a great first impression when greeting patients/referring doctors/other industry associates both face to face and over the telephone
- Answering/transferring incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Entering patients and referrer details accurately and in a timely manner
- General related administration work (scanning/faxing/emailing, etc.)
- Ensuring work flow is conducted in a correct and timely manner
- Opening/closing branch
