We are looking for an bright and caring individual to join our amazing reception team!
A successful applicant will be a hardworking individual with a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service. The applicant must be able to collaborate well with others and work as part of a team. This position requires a great degree of multitasking in a fast paced environment.
Previous medical or health reception experience is not mandatory, though it may be beneficial to the chosen applicant. Previous experience in customer service is desired.
Important skills required for this role include:
- Excellent people skills and customer service.
- Ability to multitask (Answering phones, attending to patients, instrument sterilisation and general reception tasks).
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills.
The applicant will be required to:
- Have flexible hours.
- Ability to work over numerous locations if needed (Primary location will be Ipswich, however in case of holiday or sick leave we may need our staff to travel to Gatton and Greenslopes).
