We have two vacancies currently, a full-time position in Nuclear Medicine, and full/part time positions in general medical reception.

• Demonstrated Radiology administration experience essential
• Have empathy for our patients
• Love working in a high performing team
• Are motivated to work across a fixed roster Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work the occasional weekends
• Have an appetite to learn new things
• Are great with your time management
• Advanced computer skills
• Can provide excellent customer service
• Get along with people, put our patients first; and

We will provide you with the training to do the rest.
What a day looks like?
• Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival.
• Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries.
• Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems.
• Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival.
• Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic.
• Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients.
• Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims.
