We are seeking enthusiastic Medical Receptionists to fulfill full-time and part-time positions in our Medical Department who has a passion for healthcare and wellness.
This roles serves as our primary connection points to assisting customers and healthcare professionals. A key aspect of these roles is to manage patient, client and doctor requirements efficiently and effectively with utmost customer service.
General duties include:
Providing administrative assistance to our clinical team
Customer service and billings
Managing phone enquiries and handling a busy phone line
Front counter customer service
Appointment booking and billing
The successful applicant must have:
