This position is available for Casual, Part-Time, or Full-Time employment, offering flexibility to accommodate various schedules. You will have the opportunity to work within a single practice or across multiple locations, providing versatility and diversity in your role.
As the initial point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their interactions are positive and efficient, particularly in our fast-paced environment. Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or similar administrative position is highly valued.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Candidates with a background in customer service, administration, or healthcare administration will be considered.
• Prior experience demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure is desirable.
• Proven track record of reliability and consistency in previous roles.
• Candidates with a history of long-term employment or demonstrated commitment to previous positions will be given preference.
• Training will be provided, but prior experience in a similar setting will expedite the onboarding process.
