In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Conveyancer and supporting with conveyancing administration managing a range of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
The successful applicant will have 3 + years experience in conveyancing and have the ability to hit the ground running.

In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Conveyancer and supporting with conveyancing administration managing a range of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
Typical duties include:
- Preparation of legal document
- Use of PEXA online settlements platform to complete settlements
- Liaise with third parties including solicitors, conveyancers.
- Attend to all administration tasks associated with conveyancing files including scanning, filing and invoicing
- File management including opening and closing files
- Managing diary appointments
- Drafting general correspondence of documents and letters
- Other general administrative duties as required
The successful applicant will have 3 + years experience in conveyancing and have the ability to hit the ground running.
