MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - ADMINISTRATION

We have a great role for an experienced medical front of house secretary/receptionist - an all-rounder to work with a very friendly professional team of people.

Responsibilities are:

• Front of house reception
• Opening and closing of clinic
• Answer the busy phones
• Co-ordinating patient appointments
• Typing an asset but not essential
• Liaise with practitioners
• Patient billings with invoicing/receipting
• Ensure consulting rooms are well stocked with equipment and practice supplies
• Diary management

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent customer service
• Excellent work ethic and initiative
• Team player
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Reliability, efficient and focused
• Professioanl demenour
• A very friendly and flexible attitude at all times
• Willing to step up when necessary to assist the team leader
• IT skills a must ( Genie an advantage)

You will be the front of house first point of contact, so a warm smile with a professional manner will assist you with this role.

Being  proactive and eager to assist your colleagues with many tasks at hand is essential along with a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn.
