Position Highlights:
In this pivotal role, your customer service prowess shines, driven by curiosity and meticulous attention to detail. We seek experienced candidates excited to contribute to our practice's expansion. While prior Medical Receptionist experience is valuable, customer service skills and a positive attitude are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Showcase exceptional customer service, multitasking, and responsibility handling.
Stay composed and warm during busy times, efficiently managing calls and appointments.
Demonstrate excellent communication to ensure patient care and support.
Familiarity with Genie software is advantageous.
Adapt to doctors' varied preferences, billing styles, and booking choices.
Maintain utmost confidentiality.
Full COVID-19 vaccination required.
Commit to 5 days per week between 9am - 5:30pm (no weekend work!).
