The details:

• Permanent Full Time
• $119,390 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading + 9 day fortnight

(increasing to $123,569pa effective 1 July 2024)
Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A,) - Level 8 of EBA5 * 72.5 hour fortnight

• Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
• Location: Our Strathpine office has local parking on-site and is in close proximity to public transport networks.

Our Technology Services team is committed to maximise user productivity, ensuring the optimal operation, performance and maintenance of Council's Systems and their functions.About our opportunityAs our Systems Coordinator you will step into a key leadership role where you will provide the leadership required to monitor and improve performance of your team in the provisioning of Business Systems Administration and operational system services across Council's ERP and specialist applications. You will be a significant part of the development and implementation of automated system management processes as well as upgrades, problem solving and supporting your team with escalation processes (internal and vendor).Additionally, you will:

• manage, technical and administrative services to support and maintain live applications
• oversee Administration of Councils Business Systems and their performance
• collaborate with internal and external vendors in the development of Councils systems
• participate and coordinate team activities required in the delivery of Council projects and provide regular status report updates.

About youWe are seeking a professional who has significant experience in operational management and the ability to analyse requirements and advise on scope and options for continual operational improvement. You will have expertise across system installation and removal, incident management, application, support system software, release and deployment, configuration management and testing.You will;

• have excellent skills in relation to assessing and evaluating risk and a collaborative approach to taking all requirements into account when making proposals.
• proactively work to influence and educate the team by encouraging learning and growth.
• hold a tertiary qualification or extensive experience in Systems Operations Management or systems Administration related roles.
• systems experience with administration/management of TechnologyOne ERP is highly desirable.
