Qualifications & experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
- Detail-orientated.
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
- Neat and professional presentation.
- Experience using Zedmed or other practice management software (highly desirable)
- Flexibility with hours
- Have a knowledge of Microsoft Word,Excel and Outlook
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage all patient transactions including booking appointments, registering new patients and patient induction
- Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients
- Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre
- Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure accurate billings and receipting for patient services
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Managing patient correspondence, both incoming and outgoing
