We are a well established General Practice based in Hervey Bay looking for our new Medical Receptionist super star to join our team. This role will suit a hard working individual that has the ability to multi task within a fast paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous Medical Reception experience preferred but not essential
Experience with Best Practice software preferred
Administration experience highly regarded
Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced working environment
Training on the job available
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients on arrival - checking patient details.
Managing a high volume of phone calls in a timely manner
Managing Enquiries, Emails, Faxes Ect
Appointment Management using Best Practice
Patient Billing ( Medicare / Cash/ Eftpos / Workcover / DVA )
Opening and Closing of Clinic
General Cleaning
Scanning Documents
Excellent Communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Well presented, Friendly and efficient
Our Office Hours are Mon, Tues & Thurs 8am -4.30
Wed & Fri 8am -1pm
