Position: Full-Time Medical Receptionist

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Efficiently manage patient registrations and appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
• Handle billing and insurance-related tasks as required

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and willingness to work across multiple sites (Carnegie/Hampton East)
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in medical reception or a related field is preferred
